Q: HOW do i make a booking?

Bookings can be arranged via email, details can be found on our contact us page. Once we have confirmed a date and discussed your requirements, we will then be able to advise you of the final cost.   

Q: HOW MUCH IS YOUR DELIVERY COST?

For hires over £100, we offer free delivery within 15miles of Poole, Dorset. For smaller hires or events further afield, please get in touch for an accurate delivery quote.

Q: Are the lOVE LETTERS easy to set up and safe to use?

We will take care of setting up the lights and this is included in the price quoted. They are powered by a single 240V plug (standard household plug) and along with all our items, they are fully safe and PAT tested.

Q: Does your company have public liability insurance?

Yes, it certainly does, and we can provide a certificate if required.

Q: Do i need to pay a deposit?

We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This will be taken from your final balance, which is due 4 weeks prior to your event.

Q: How do i make payments?

All payments are to be made by bank transfer. Details will be provided on confirmation of booking.

Q: How long is the hire for?

The hire is for the date of your event. However, we will liaise with your venue and will set them up, and collect them, at the most convenient time.

Q: Can I move the letters once they are set up?

No. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight, it is not possible to move the letters once they are set up. 

Q: Can I PUT the letters outside?

Yes! However, this will depend on several factors, including the weather, venue and access to power.
